This morning, more than 40 million people, that's roughly one in every eight Americans,

are bracing to see their food assistance run out later this week. Creating a food crisis,

some experts say could be the worse since the Great Depression, all because of the government shutdown.

The U.S. Agriculture Department, which administers the SNAP or Food SNAP program announcing, quote, the well has run dry.

Everyone's worried that, you know, they're not going to be able to feed their families.

This morning, more than 40.

Yeah, that is a lot.

I ended up looking up the numbers on this for the amount of American families that actually

receive SNAP benefits from the government.

Get this.

I know they said 40 million in there or one in every eight Americans, but I got a more scary

figure for you.

That's going to be one out of every five U.S. households, about 20% of American households,

just a shy under 20% of American households fall under the SNAP benefit

program. Can't make that crap up. And Americans are losing it, ladies and gentlemen. If you think

what's taking place over at the ICE facilities is going to be bad, I promise you. I absolutely

promise you what's coming down the rabbit hole over the next month. If you guys remember the BLM

riots, if you guys remember people busting into Walmart and stealing pretty much everything off the shelf, if you guys remember all of that stuff, what's coming up here in the next couple days is about to be 10, 20, 30 times worse if the government doesn't get it back together. People are saying, oh, snap, oh, snap. Yeah, you're right.
