it's because she, I think, is absolutely brilliant when it comes to talking about habits and habits that actually form into addictions and the ones that actually help us to numb or get

around discomfort and the things that we do.

So today's episode we're going to dive in and we're going to talk about it.

It's such a fascinating conversation on how the brain works.

And her first book that she published called The Naked Mind, The truest version of ourselves, talks about

alcoholism, but she just published another book and she's diving into some of the

addictions, the other addictions that we all get addicted to, whether it's sugar

or tobacco, all the many different things about why our brains work the way that they do.
