| 0:40.0 | And that's again to keep Donald Trump off using the 14th Amendment Section 3, |
| 0:44.0 | which is the disqualification clause for officers who take an oath. |
| 0:48.0 | So that case has now been set for trial. |
| 0:51.0 | We've got a trial date of October 30th through November 30th. |
| 0:54.0 | It could get extended, it could get moved back. |
| 0:56.0 | We've got motions to dismiss going in on Friday. |
| 0:58.0 | And then another series of motions going in next week. |
| 1:01.0 | So all of that is happening right now. |
| 1:03.0 | At the same time today we are filing at the US District Court. |
