Right, I don't bushy-tailed, rocking around for the day ahead. Yeah? Wakey, wakey, eggs and bakey. All that good stuff? As always, I'm joined by my producer, Little Harry How-I this morning, good, sir? Morning. Yeah, I'm all good. Great. It is just gone 8 in the a.m. British summertime on Wednesday, the 10th of June in the year of our law, 2026.

It's all about Belfast today.

A little bit of housekeeping, a little bit of faffing about before we get

into it. Corrections. I got some stuff wrong yesterday. Yeah. It's going to happen. I feel like

I need to explain myself. Well, I do need to explain myself a bit. So just to let you know,

there's no researchers here. It's just me. I just get up at 6am, sometimes 5 past, have a snooze, occasionally two snoozes.

I get up at 5 past 6, sometimes 10 part 6, and just read the news all the way up until I go on air here.

I live like a 5 minute walk, barely that from here. So between getting up,

having a cup of tea at home, put the TV on, get the laptop on, just start reading for that whole time,

five minutes, walk here, keep doing that until the show starts. That's it. That's the full extent of the research,

right, as well as trying to keep up to date with everything during the intervening day.

There's no team of researchers or anything or verifiers, it's just me, literally that.

So, if I misread something or I get something wrong, or I see a clip and just get the wrong end of the stick from it,

and then I come on the camera and report it, and it's wrong. I can only apologise and then correct myself. It will happen. It will happen. Like, for example, at the end of last week, or was it Monday, I said Christian Erickson, the football player, had a second heart attack. I said he was in his 40s, that's wrong. He's like 34 is he, 35? He's not 40. Sorry, I thought he was. I didn't have time or just didn't Google.

How old is Christian Erickson? I just thought he was about 40. So I said it. It's wrong.
