Like everyone else, I grew up hearing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

I work out early in the morning.

We talked about as I interviewed all of these people that were thin eaters. Some of them ate one meal a day,

some of them ate two meals a day. It just depended. Some of them ate breakfast lunch,

skip dinner. Some of them ate lunch dinner. I mean, it's just all over the map. But the bottom

line is this, you should not be eating three meals a day unless those three meals are extremely, extremely small.

Now, there were a lot of people that I

interviewed that ate three meals a day that were thin, but they were obsessive, compulsive about

their eating. And in my opinion, I want to follow people I want to be like. Yeah. I don't want to be

like that. Literally, you know, measuring out every meals on Sunday, these people

prepping, you know, have you seen that on Facebook? Prepping my meals want for the week.

They're eating the same thing every single day. Sunday through, you know, Monday, are you

kidding me? No, thank you. I want to be able to go out to dinner. I want to be

able to go out to lunch. I want to eat my favorite foods. So that's not what I want to be like.

Yeah, if you want to eat three to three meals a day and prep everything and that's what you want

to be like, more power to you. But guess what? What we found is that 95% of those people that do that are not successful.
