0:45.1	They have a routine on Christmas Day, presents in the morning, and then lunch at Alison's mum's.

1:00.4	He gets called away on his pager to go back up north.
1:02.8	Our Christmas is ruined.
1:05.5	He's back in Hackney for New Year,
1:08.9	and they go to Alison's brothers to see in the Millennium.
1:12.2	But by this point, and Alison remembers this clearly,
1:19.8	something has changed in Mark. He comes back a different man. He comes back very depressed.
1:26.6	As January turns to February, his temper worsens. He's very withdrawn and he's working harder.
1:28.5	He goes to work earlier, he comes back later.
1:31.1	He tells me he's got a new job in Luton. So he'll be home late, he tells me, and he is.
1:34.3	He doesn't get back till about half nine every night.
1:37.6	Alison's so concerned she brings it up at couples therapy.
