Basically, I told him like, look, I'm not going to put a $12,000 earnest, but what I can do, now I'll put a $2,000 earnest, so we have some skin in the game. We're going to help you find a buyer, and I guarantee you, you know, we're going to get this thing sold for you, but what's going to happen is I'll come up in price 10K or I think I think it was actually 15 we came up |
