I'm kicking things off with a real banger.

I have Jules Van Hef as our guest today.

He is such a great friend of mine. He is like a little ray of sunshine.

Actually, correction, big ray of sunshine. Every single time I hang out with him, I leave feeling

uber positive. And he just makes me laugh so, so, so much. So the first episode is all

about breakups. When I was thinking about who to have on the show for this particular topic, I knew he was my first choice because he has been through it all himself.

And he's also seen a lot of other people go through it, which he will explain in much more detail.

creative director and co-founder of Isle of Paradise, a tanning brand, but also I have been tanning for over 10 years.

So in terms of this podcast, I'm pretty much qualified to talk about anything because I've listened to so many clients over the space of 10 years.

But I also, you might hear that I'm slightly quick-witted.
