So yesterday, we talked about the first enemy that blocks you from your greater potential.

So to keep us stepping forward, here's the next one I want us to defeat.

This is the story of enemy number two, helplessness.

Have you ever said to yourself, or out loud, one of the following?

I don't have the ability to do it, or I'm not smart enough, I'm not talented enough,

or I don't know enough people, or I don't know enough of the right people, or I don't

have enough experience.

The outcome of telling yourself this story is while you might even join or say yes to

the opportunity, as soon as you run into one big obstacle and your fears are confirmed,

you quit.

You allow your fears and self-doubt to overcome you and guide you to the nearest exit.

So if you ever had that experience, if so, it's time to draw a line in the sand and say,

that is it.

This is over.

I will not believe that any longer.

I don't care whatever belief it is that you need to change, whether it's calling people

on the phone, is scary, or introducing yourself to new people is difficult, or whatever it

is, draw a line in the sand, and you can simply say, as true, I used to believe that calling
