If you've ever said I know what to do, I just don't do it. This loop is why. So most of us,

0:05.5

including yourself, are not lazy. We're not broken. We're not unmotivated. We just get trapped in a loop

0:11.0

that your neural system thinks is keeping you safe. A core belief is like a hook. This hook gets formed

0:17.7

way before we're seven. If you look at the neurology of what happens to the brain

0:21.5

hemispheres from conception to seven, little kids, we're essentially on drugs. And this is really

1:24.2

change your life forever. I know that sounds like I'm being very straightforward and

1:29.4

very reductionistic, but here's the real truth. I have lived what we're going to talk about today.

1:33.9

Today we're going to talk about the BTFA loop. It's on the screen right now, belief, thought, feeling,

1:39.5

and action. This is exactly the way that I've learned how to change my behaviors from the inside
