0:49.7	We know that bike thefts, for example, are now happening every single minute of every single hour of every single day,
0:55.4	and pretty much 95% of them never get recovered, 95% of them never even get investigated.
0:59.3	The police this morning is saying that they're going to attend every single home burglary.
1:02.9	I'm not quite sure how they're going to manage that, but it's certainly a step in the right direction.
1:09.7	But we've also got constantly pieces of video that fall into our laps where you've got schoolchildren fighting in the street,
1:11.3	where you've got people fighting on the beaches.
1:12.3	And I don't mean in the Second World War sense, I mean just at sort of holiday resorts.
1:17.0	We've got people being mugged at a regular basis, people stealing watches, people on scooters,
1:22.6	knocking people over the head, nicking handbags, all that sort of thing.
1:26.2	We've got people having all sorts of stuff
1:27.8	stolen from them. And the question I've got for you this morning is, are we now a lawless
1:33.0	society? Is it now impossible to get back the law that we used to have control of? Is it now an
1:38.8	impossibility to go back to civilisation? Because it seems to me that an awful lot of people
1:43.3	are living under the yoke of what is basically anarchy.
