So one of my favorite practices is simply checking in with the moon when I'm checking in with myself. Not in a rigid way or must-do way or

anything, but in a way that's soft, a soft way. Like, oh, the moon is waning tonight. Maybe that

explains why I'm craving release too. Or, ooh, it's a new moon. Maybe this is the perfect night to jot

down intentions.

When you begin to see yourself mir in the moon, you stop being so hard on yourself for not being on all the time.

So far, we've looked at the moon as a mirror and the numbers that weave through our everyday lives.

Now I want to take you deeper into numerology, into the core numbers that are part of your

soul's blueprint.

And this stuff is fun.
