Nine people have died and 57 have been

hospitalized due to a Listeria outbreak linked to Borshead deli meat.

USDA inspectors found multiple violations at a Virginia Borshead plant including mold, mildew, and insects.

A recall has been issued and Borshead has suspended operations and is working to disinfect the facility.

The company expressed regret over the recall and

emphasized its commitment to food safety. A Brazilian Supreme Court judge has

frozen the bank accounts of Elon Musk's Starlink Holdings.

The judge who Musk nicknamed Darth Vader froze bank accounts for Starlink to force Musk to pay fines lodged against another of his company's

social media platform X. The judge has threatened to suspend all X's operations in Brazil unless

Musk appoints a new legal representative in the country.

jail time.

The judge also imposed sanctions on X, claiming Musk has refused to censor content.

Musk responded by calling the judge a dictator and vowing to defy court orders.
