We discussed SmackDown's tribute to both Bray Wyatt and Terry Funk. We also get into the build up for AEW all-it.

It's Ali Knight had one of the, you know, the last matches with Bray Wyatt on Royal Rumble, the Mountain Dew pitch black match, and, man, having Ali Knight go out there and, you know, talk about this.

I thought he did a really good job of, you know, honoring Bray and then also kind of, you know, keeping in character in a way, but also making sure to touch, you know, to just do it in a very nice way.

I thought when he mentioned the part about him keeping it together until he saw the photo, until he saw the photo of his family, I thought that was super, you know, I think a lot of people, when they heard him say that, I think everybody had like a me to kind of moment where you're like, I know exactly what he's talking about because I think everybody feels that way because we all have people that we love and we all have family members.

And so, to see something like that, it's really hard. So, Ali Knight touching on that. And then afterwards, you know, ending his promo with Bray Wyatt's line. I thought that was really a really nice touch there to Robin.

What did you make, you know, what we just heard right now with Ali Knight and some of the things that he had to say.

Well, I think it speaks to how they view LA Knight now in a way that it makes sense as a connection that was the final feud that Bray Wyatt had and obviously you mentioned the final match as well.

But LA Knight being entrusted with the microphone and the ability to say what he wants to say. Let me talk to you and say what he wants to say.

I think was was a show of support and confidence from the WWE brass Triple H and whomever to be comfortable with that moment with the fact that they knew, all right, we can trust this guy, you know, there's the connection.

But he could have he could have done a quick promo, you know, bang bang and moved on like Bray, thanks for letting me be a part of the end of your career, you know, and move on.

But instead they said we're going to give this guy the microphone and let him go and I think that that's a vote of confidence for him and he came through and did a really nice job in not being phony about it, like he said, but sprinkling in the Bray Wyatt line to end the promo and just discussing how it kind of prepared him.

Because would LA Knight be where he is now with Bray Wyatt, maybe not, right, maybe not, I can't say that for sure, but but anytime you're involved with Bray Wyatt, there's a curiosity factor, there's people that are more eyeballs that are going to be on you and I think that was at least in my mind the program that put LA Knight on the map in a lot of ways in WWE you forget because his rise has been so quick and so organic.

Because it's really been a lot of fan base, but I do think he did a nice job with that moment and I think in addition to honoring Bray as he should have, it was a some insight into the fact that that LA Knight is now a made man.

Exactly, it was his first feud on the main roster and they worked that thing for months, you know, they were doing that for months and then again leading into this pitch black match at the Royal Rumble.

It's just one of those things where you're always going to think about it now, anytime you think about LA Knight start in the main roster when you think about the Royal Rumble for this year, you're always going to think about those things.

And in a way that's ways that, you know, someone's legacy lives on right when you think about these moments and you talk about them, so we have a couple of callers who want to share their memories and so we're going to go ahead and bring them on let's go ahead and start off with D from Michigan, D you're on the air.
