Julie and I were saying on the regular episode that like every single time

we're off and we come back it takes us a few minutes to like get back into the

group because for some reason even though we've been doing this for six years

it feels like the first time we've ever

recorded a podcast but I've done too this week so far do you feel that way at all or are you like fully

ready to go? So I thought I would feel that way but then after watching all the episodes and the premieres and just the

content that we have to get into and we seriously have not talked about anything at

all in person even though we've been together so much I feel I'm excited. I'll tell you that having Potomac back for me

feels very comforting. It does and I'm interested to hear your thoughts on like the cast dynamic you know it's a big change up like

it's a different it's a different vibe and I don't know how I necessarily felt like

if I felt like it was that big of a difference until I even realized after like,
