Can you believe that today is exactly seven days to the minute of when we sat down to record our emergency episode.

So it's like I feel as though we've lived 1,000 lives since then, but also looking at everything

that's happened, not that much has happened. I just feel like this summer house and everything around it has been the only topic of conversation. It's almost like the thing I could compare it to is, you know, everyone, like, you're on the streets, you're talking to someone wherever. And it's like, oh, happy new year. And like, that's just like how you broach the car. Like, that's just what everyone has in common for the first month. That's what's going on. It's just about like, wait, what do you think about Amanda and West? I'm kind of like, what did we talk about before? You know, it genuinely has been the majority of my conversation for the last week. And what's crazy is that exactly to your point, not that much has happened since we've gotten some viral paparazzi moments.

Of course, we will get into the Carls, a mess of it all. We've seen some social media activity,

but realistically speaking, there hasn't been that much yet. It still feels, at least from my

perspective, like we are all so hooked in. It's also like crazy to think about how in deep we are still with the season of the show.

And even looking back two or three weeks ago, how much you and I have been like so captivated by what's going on and still continue to be.

Except I almost have to compartmentalize like these are two completely separate operations going on.

I actually can't even fully wrap my brain around that we're talking about the same people

because it will hurt too much.

So it's like I have to separate the characters.

It's like these are actors who are on two very different TV shows and I can't cross the wires

of the two. You know know what like I'm so still

focused on like really understanding and watching the demise of Kyle and Amanda's marriage with the

same like gusto that I had a month ago but also I'm like really hooked and could not be in deeper

of what's happening in real time so then when you actually remember these are the same person, that's what I'm like, okay, you know what? Let's go to bed, grandma. Right, right, exactly. I don't want the current situation to dim my sparkle that I have and have always had for watching Summer House. Like, I still want to reserve the right for that to be enjoyable, fun television,
