Hey y'all, it is Thursday, October 17th when you get this.

And y'all said that September had somewhere to go.

Well, baby, we are more than halfway through October.

October literally has an appointment at the food stamp office.

They were not missing it.

Okay?

It's insane.

I just wanted to first off by thanking everyone for reaching out, being supportive, listening to sharing, liking, downloading, responding to my last solo episode,

which was released on Monday.

It was a little bit, not depressing, but it was a little bit down.

I was a little bit sad as I am learning to sit with sadness now.

And it's a new kind of sad for me.

So that's just some, it's new feelings, new emotions.

And I want this to be a more upbeat, more normal episode.

But I just want to let you guys know that I just really appreciate you guys reaching out.
