Hello and welcome to everything iconic, I'm Danny Pellegrino.

I hope all of you out there are staying safe and healthy and sane and keeping care of

your mental health.

I know we're all very concerned about the physical but I also hope you're keeping track

of your mental health and doing what you can to stay happy and stay okay during these

very trying times.

I also want to say thank you to all the people who are working right now, the police force

and our healthcare workers and people who work at grocery stores.

All of you thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Truly the teachers who are teaching people from home, the parents who are teaching their

kids from home.

I mean anyone out there who's working and keeping the world afloat, thank you.

And I the other day was thinking how can I help?

What can I do?

And one of the things I think we all need is a distraction.

So I thought I would produce an extra episode of two of the podcasts that people can listen

while they're home while they're under quarantine to help take their mind off things for just

a brief moment in time.

I did a van or pump rules recap the other day.

I also did another episode at the beginning of the week but I really wanted to do some interviews

and so I reached out on my social media and I posted this thing.
