So when I see the rumbles of discontent, as they call them, from Debo Samuel, I get it.

The market has exploded for wide receivers.

The problem is the CBA limits their options.

The teams have the leverage.

They can't go anywhere.

They won't go anywhere.

And it's really up to the team.
