Got out of New York and living with us, with his girlfriend and cats, and it's

that time. What a world we are in right now. I'm going to rant about that. I'm going to rant about

the CBA, which passed since my last podcast. And obviously, I'm going to talk about free agency

and what's happening in the NFL. The business of the NFL continues its busiest week while the rest of the sports world has shut down.

Let's start with that.

What happened last week, it's incredible.

It's only been a week as I record this on Thursday the 19th in the morning.

I was on the way to Arizona at this time last week, had an early

flight out of Philadelphia to Phoenix running a race, my first ultra race, did a half marathon.

The reason I did it is I had a buddy who's been doing these 50-ilers and he's been pressing and pressing and pressing for me to do it.

And I said, okay, Ryan, what's the minimum distance they offer?

And he finally said, half marathon. So I did it.

It was a great experience going out. I was in Tiny Page, Arizona on the border of Arizona

in Utah, right by Lake Powell, these beautiful slot canyons. And, you know, again, there were no

confirmed cases in anywhere near there, but you go to the Walmart, and it was sold out, of course,

of toilet paper and sanitizer. And, you know, flying out there, my friend, of course, of toilet paper and sanitizer.
