but should Big 12 fans be looking at West Virginia and saying this team is for real?

They can upset some teams this season, or is it going to fade?

I think it all depends on that their offense improves. Obviously, running games improved last

year, and that's an understatement, Pete. You know, they didn't have a 100-yard rush of the

entire season last year. The average less than three yards per carry was almost dead last in

college football. So the emphasis for offense for Neil Brown going into this year was obviously improved the run game.

You saw Jared Diggie come in last season through the four games,

so they didn't have to burn a red shirt and really get some experience down the stretch.
