home. Peter, welcome back to the program. How are you today?

Everything's going right. Going great, Mike. I'm coming to you from Brooklyn. It's sort of the

belly of the beast, but it's an'm coming to you from Brooklyn. It's sort of the belly of the beast,

but it's an interesting scenario because you go out, and other than the fact that it's very,

very quiet and there aren't a lot of people outside, it's so strange to be walking your dog

on a beautiful day, and you look around and saying, gee, everything looks fine to me. And of course,

it isn't fine. But there's a feeling here in New York right now that the tide is being turned

in this battle. So hopefully it will continue to turn and people will continue to obey the social guidelines because if they do,

this ends a lot faster. Yeah, that's the glimmer of good news coming out of New York City,

New York State, also concerns that other areas may emerge as hotspots and the broader concern

if we get a little too complacent, if we get a little too complacent if we get a little too

comfortable and start going back to the things we were doing there could be a second wave a

third wave and beyond as they work toward getting a vaccine for the coronavirus but again we're

here today to provide you with a break from whatever else is out there that you could consume as

it relates to news and it's important for you to have that balance could consume as it relates to news.
