10 minutes and say, can you jump in front of the camera? Well, you know, sometimes I do get more. I get longer if there's a story that's later in the day. But yeah, a few times they've popped on and they're like, hey, can you come on like in 10 minutes? So, honey, I got 10 minutes to get the Afro big and juicy, get a bow tie on, get my

microphone set up and research the topic. And then I get in front of the camera cool as a cucumber

got a. I see you. What's more stressful for you? Because I get these calls too. Is it how

you look or what you say? What freaks you out the most? Not what's the most important, but what gets you the most nervous?

You know, what's funny, I think I've got to be honest. I'm a communications person and an information person. I do care about the content. You know, I don't have to look perfect on camera, although it's nice because, you know, you want to look your best. I really want people to trust what I'm saying.

I really want them to know that I know the topic I've been asked to speak about. So the content is most important for me. Yeah, yeah, it's interesting, isn't it? I've been at so many different TV studios. Rachel Maddo, it's all about the content. She gives hair and makeup literally five minutes. I know the makeup people there. and they say she just doesn't care about it.

Because I'm not a, let me tread carefully, a natural

beauty. I'm an unusual looking devil. I'm quite, I'm quite concerned about the way I look sometimes.

In fact, it's a little bit of my Achilles heel. I know I'm good at the content. Yeah, yeah. I know I can talk forever, and I know I know celebrities better than anybody. So I'm never, ever nervous about what comes out in my mouth, but I'm always just a little bit nervous about how I look. But that's my own insecurities. It's about, like, my own fears and stuff. I've got better at it, but it is interesting, isn't it? Okay, let's jump into our show.
