In the future, we may be able to control machines with our minds, though that may open

the door to others being able to use machines to control our minds.

So today we'll be looking at BCI Brain Computer Interface and updating on the progress

that's been made since we last looked at the topic in mine machine interfaces a couple years back, and we're going to dig into

how BCI will work, beyond the usual assumptions of us just jamming wires into someone's

head.

We'll look at the impact BCIs are going to have as they roll out over the next couple decades.

Make no mistake either, these are coming and

sooner than later. Your ability to think stuff directly into computer, and vice versa,

computers thinking stuff directly into you. Or more directly anyway, as I often mention

discussion on this topic, technological telepathy or brain-to-brain interfaces is something

we already have. You send a signal from your brain to your finger to hit a key which inputs

into a computer that does something and displays that effect to a monitor which transmits
