yeah he had his bike stolen apple says that the air tags are not designed to help you track down

stolen items but this guy who had his bike stolen well he had an air tag on the bike and the thieves

apparently saw the air tag on the bike and then they grabbed the air tag on the bike, and the thieves apparently saw the air tag on the bike,

and then they grabbed the air tag off the bike, and they threw the air tag into a trash can.

The problem is that when they moved the bike, the trash can was actually in the thieves' yard.

So when the guy was trying to find his bike with the air tag,

all he had to do was find the air tag in the trash and the bike was propped up right next to it.

Okay, we never said thieves were that bright. And speaking of, there's a new high-tech machine

using facial recognition to identify thieves. I was sent out to different cities for testing.

In New York, in less than 30 minutes, it caught about 2,000 thieves.

Detroit, in 30 minutes, 8,000 thieves.

In Los Angeles, about 8,500 thieves in Chicago.

In 15 minutes, that machine was stolen.
