He's my number five running back in college football, and he's the number four running

back in the 2024 NFL draft, according to PFF's lead draft analyst Trevor Sikima.

Basically, my first question for you is like, man, you grew up like an hour and a half

away from Wisconsin, from Madison.

Like was it always kind of like a foregone conclusion for you that you would be a badger?

Not really grown up.

I mean, I didn't really, I was a football fan, you know, kind of as a kid, but not too big

on the badgers, and it wasn't until like sixth grade or fifth grade was the time, you

know, Melvin had kind of became the guy here when he was here, and he ended up being my

favorite player.

So it was kind of around like fifth, sixth grade where, you know, I decided I wanted to

play college football, and at the time wanted to be a running back at Wisconsin.
