How do you balance your work on Radio X Classic Rock with coming in this studio after 2 o'clock to a much more modern musical environment?

I want to make sure I get to bed at a reasonable hour and I do yoga classes between shows and it keeps me young, it keeps me going keeps the energy right alive, you know? What about the demands that your fiancé must be making on you as well? That must be sapping quite a bit of energy soon. Well, of course. I'm up for all of it anyway. I'm a sort of wanton woman.
