Bradley Sey Brooks was a 36 year old from Corpus Christi, Texas.

He had just moved there to live with its girlfriend,

where he worked in construction.

On the night of August 18th, 2019, Brad allegedly went fishing after talking to his girlfriend's

niece's boyfriend.

Brad's vehicle was found a few days later.

What do I mean? Think about this. 60% of the human body is water. 60%? People love to live by a body of water.

I've been doing that for the last year and a half, and yep, it's awesome.

The water sport industry grosses billions of dollars every year,

selling boats, jet skis, scuba equipment, a crazy load of money.

Yet in contrast to all of that, humans don't have a natural affinity for the water. What do I mean?

Well, if you throw a weeks old puppy into the water, it naturally knows how to swim. But you do that to even an adult

human who hasn't had a swimming lesson? That person has a huge chance of drowning.

Moreover, as advanced as we are in 2020, we still fish like our

ancestors did thousands of years ago, with a pole, a line, and some bait.

Not to mention that 45 years later,

many people are still afraid to go back in the water

due to that movie despite it being fiction.

Well in the disappearance of Bradley Brooks he'd only been in Corpus Christi for six weeks

but in that time he'd found some good fishing spots, and that's

what people thought he was doing that night.
