Doug. It's great to be with you. And fittingly, your cocktail today is the revolver, which I'm very

excited about, sort of a twist on a Manhattan. Oh, you've got you ready to go. I'm going to

catch up and pour mine here. So basically, I got mine ready to go. It's, uh, it's so dark this morning. You can't

even see the orange in it. So I know. And so just so you know, I know it's supposed to come

with a burnt orange garnish. I'm not going to flame things up here and serious. I'm still kind of

new it serious. I don't want to get the sprinklers off and have an evacuation. No i actually i found at trader joes a uh they had

these orange slices that are already sliced in in a package and they've got a little sugar on them

and stuff the you can do the burnt orange if you want to do that you know just a little bit lighter

underneath the peel i like these slices from uhader Joe's, so I've been experimenting.

But yeah, bourbon, coffee liqueur, two ounces of bourbon, preferably bullet bourbon

is what the original architect of the cocktail said.

So two ounces of bullet bourbon, half ounce of coffee liqueur, a couple splashes of orange

bitters, and then a flame orange peel.

All right. I've got orange going in, and the bitters are in.
