He is a pastor, speaker, and mental health advocate.

He's also the founder and executive director

of Fresh Hope for Mental Health,

and that is an international network of peer-to-peer Christian mental health

support groups and resources.

And he's also the author of Holding to Hope, Staying Sain while loving someone

with a mental illness.

And so in this particular podcast,

this is one that we had to delay a couple of different times,

but I wanted to make sure I talked to him because there
