moment suddenly. Guys, I have to say I was watching Dashaburns on endless calls last night with

top sources and top editors trying to get the latest details on this. It was a sight to behold.

Let's just start off with what we know right now. So we've got two stories dropping almost at the

same time last night from the Wall Street Journal and from Axios, revealing that there is movement happening very rapidly, it seems, in the Russia-Ukraine-Kee's talks.

Wall Street Journalist is reporting that Dan Triscoll, the Secretary of the Army, is headed to Kiev today for urgent talks with Vladimir Zelensky.

He's taking with him two four-star Army generals and other top U.S. military officials as well.

This is pretty unusual.

We don't normally get these big military figures going in to negotiate this Zelensky

unless there's something very specific militarily that they want to talk about.

At the same time, Axios reporting that there is a secret peace plan that has been

pretty much there, hammered out between Russia and Steve Wickoff, the president's envoy on peace.
