is not 100% agreement. It's not 100% agreement. Consensus is 100% support

once the decisions have been made. You got people undermining authority by saying hey we're

gonna do it different I know so-and-so said this but we're gonna do that that is an exhausting

thing I've seen more organizations go down through that because the test for any

organization is you know we normally we run out of energy long before we run out of

opportunity and I've seen so many businesses run out of energy because of this very thing that you've described.
