Hey guys welcome to episode 226 of the podcast with Hennessy.

I wanted to just explain the reason why this is a little bit delayed, not that anyone cares.

Probably most of you weren't waking up in the morning,

Perkily staring at your phone, wondering why the episode hadn't downloaded yet,

like I did with Serial Season 1.

But I spoke a little bit about my cousin Julian in this episode and I wanted to just make sure to get Julian's okay

I didn't want to put any information out into the world to tell his story if he wasn't comfortable with it but he was totally

fine with it so just took me a little while to hear back from him and we are putting

this episode out today. I loved this episode. It's very long. I talked for a very long time with Hennessy. I want to thank Hennessy and anybody who thinks I talked too much on this episode for

Bering with me, but that is a measure of true

JV enthusiasm when I can't keep my mouth shut during an episode and let a

guest get a word in edge-wise.

I recorded it in New York and it is a companion piece you could say to

Hemda's episode from the Keith and the Girl podcast and as you know we recently

talked about her in an intro because she has been going through some medical stuff and I just

want to say she is a total warrior and an amazing person so if you can give her support
