made headlines in the 50s, the 90s, and then again in recent months when the victim was

finally identified, thanks to advancements in DNA technology.

We briefly discuss the news when it broke on a little leader a few months back, but today

we're actually going to take a more thorough look at the case, what happened, the events

that unfolded afterwards, and the possible theories some have come up with in relation to

the murder itself.

We'll start our story back in early 1957, we're in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which is

where the horrific discovery was first made.

There's actually two separate recorded instances of the discovery of this body that was found

in the Fox Chase area, off of what's known as Susquejana Road.

The first account came from a guy who apparently had set muskrat traps along the road, he had

gone out one evening to check his traps to see if he'd caught anything, and that's when

he first stumbled upon this large cardboard box off to the side of the road.
