Basically, I have a lump in my breast that we are looking to get investigated.

My doctor got an order for a mammogram, but the mammogram wasn't enough.

I was supposed to have an ultrasound also, but we've had three failed ultrasound appointments

that just haven't led to me being able to get an ultrasound because the paperwork wasn't there,

the order wasn't ready or the report wasn't at the place where they were going to be comparing it,

and it's just been a cluster.

Shouldn't they talk amongst themselves, the doctors and the clinics,

because the onus has been on us.

Oh yeah, making the appointments, getting the paperwork.

Getting it from one office to another. That's crazy.

We've sat in waiting rooms for three days in a row and each day there was something else wrong,

and you couldn't get it done.
