We start today with a New Year's attack in New Orleans that's now being investigated as an act of terrorism.

The FBI says a Texas Army veteran drove a pickup truck into a crowd celebrating on Bourbon Street in the famous French quarter.

At least 15 people died and dozens more were hurt before the driver was killed in a shootout with police.

Two officers were also shot.

Now authorities are looking for any co-conspirators. Investigators found several explosive

devices in the area. President Biden gave an address to the nation last night, saying the attack

was inspired by ISIS. He pointed to videos the suspect posted on social media. An ISIS flag was
