Summary

We are energetic beings who need to be recharged often. Sleep, while vital, is not enough. How we manage our energy during the day—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually—has a huge impact on how we function and how we feel. Part of protecting that mental and emotional energy comes down to boundaries.
