Emmy Moore I am the host and today you guys I'm so so excited and we're gonna have to

jump into it really really quickly because we have a lot we have have a lot to talk about. Today we are talking about boundaries, how to set them, why we don't set them, and the causes of not setting boundaries and what it's like to set boundaries. So I'm so

excited to talk about this today. Very, very hyped. So yeah, I'm going to open up in prayer and then just kick it from there.

We're going, we're coming in strong today.

We're coming in quick.

So if you guys could please bow your heads with me and let's pray.

Father God, we just thank you for being here and for showing up.

For showing up always God.

We invite you into our presence, Lord, whether if it's in my room or on the

other side of this person screen, Father God, we're trusting that you're going to show up,

that you are going to speak to us, that you are going to teach us.

Father God use me as a vessel.

This is your platform, not mine.

This is your podcast, not mine.

This is simply a platform to give you exposure to show everybody who you are.

So God I pray that you do that today.

I pray that there do that today. I pray that there are chains broken of unhealthy patterns.

I pray that we become more self-discipline and encouraged by what you have to say and who you are.

I just pray for encouragement, wisdom, and I know when we ask for wisdom that we could get it.
