In this episode, Jess is leading us in a conversation all about boundaries.

We (Jess and Go + Tell Gals) get a lot of questions about boundaries for women on mission. After taking to Instagram and receiving an overwhelming response, it’s safe to say this is a topic of interest to our friends and followers. We’re so blessed for your openness, and want you to know that no matter your current relationship with boundaries, you are welcome here. If you have zero boundaries set in your own life, if you’re skeptical about setting boundaries, or if you’re the most boundaried human ever, you’re welcome here. It’s our hope that these episodes will address the challenges women on mission face with setting and honoring boundaries, give some Scriptural backing to boundary setting, and share some helpful resources.

0:27.2	different maybe immediate gut reactions that we would get to talking about boundaries. But I was so
0:34.7	blessed and I am so blessed that people were so honest and up front with me
0:39.9	when I said we were going to start talking about boundaries. So I want to just start right here at the
0:44.7	very top of this podcast episode, just saying like, you're all welcome here. So if you are a person
0:51.1	who is like, I do not live a boundary to life at all. I don't have a single
0:56.1	boundary in my life. Everything is on and ready and open at all times. And that works for me.
1:02.0	I want to say, welcome. You're so welcome here. If you're a person who really loves boundaries
1:07.2	and loves thinking about boundaries, then you're going to love this episode. And obviously, you're welcome here. If you're a person who's a little skeptical about boundaries
1:15.7	and feels like, hold on one second, is this biblical? Aren't we taking this whole thing too far?
1:22.5	You are welcome here. And really what we're going to do in this podcast episode, as always, is kind of just
1:28.6	identify, hey, here are some challenges for women on mission. Here are some things we see in
1:34.4	scripture. Here's some kingdom principles that we think might help you. I am 110% not the
1:41.8	end all, be all expert on boundaries. And at the end of this episode, I'm going to share a few really helpful resources.
1:49.3	But to get started, I just want to say, like, you're all welcome here. I am not the expert.
1:54.4	But I'm going to share a little bit of what I've heard you say are your challenges and what we think might be some kingdom principles that are
2:02.9	rooted in scripture and rooted in a spirit-led love for people. And we'll see where we land.
