on our quarterly closures club webinar, CC5. Nick DeLeon has 20 years of commercial real estate

experience as a senior asset manager, one of the largest real estate owners in the world,

Nouveen real estate. Today, he's a full-time investor running all

aspects of his company, Leone Real Estate, which should actually be Leone. What a great Italian name,

which he launched in 2020. Today, he owns over 1,000 multifamily units and RV park lots as a GP.

Thanks for having me, Gino. Doing awesome. I remember the first time we got on the phone call,

Mr. Nick DeLeone working as 20 years, and he's like, how do I get into this multifamily thing for

myself? I'm making money for others. How do I do it for myself?

And I'm like, this guy's in California.

Don't know how we're going to bridge that gap,

but he's smart enough to figure it out.

And four years later, he's on another podcast with us and a thousand units.

What drove you to pick up the phone, call Jake and Gino and want to do it for yourself.
