Hey everybody.

I'm coming up on 400 episodes, which is a lot.

And I hope you will come celebrate with me. I'm doing a special live program at the Dynasty Typewriter Theater to celebrate 400 episodes. Let me tell you this. When I did 300, I did a live show. And to this day, I still feel guilty that it was like 16 white guys and two women and one person of color.

And that's not great.

And this was a couple years ago.

So I'm trying to correct that with number 400 or at least apologize for it. But as it happens, I have the most amazing lineup of writers, including but not limited to. Monica Breen, who's doing the Buffy

remake, reboot. It's a remake. It's an extension of the brand. She put out a great tweet about

it, which you should go look for. Alexander Cunningham, who's doing the Dirty John TV show based on

the hit podcast. Carly Ray, who worked on Westworld and Mind Hunter, which is a

great show, and she also was doing one of these Game of Thrones spin-off for HBO, which

who knows if that is happening. Who else? Angela Kang, who's the showrunner for The Walking

Dead, Jenny Hutchison, who has been on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, and she's doing the Welcome to Night Vale series. If you listen to the episode with Chernold Edwards and Christine Boylan, both of them are going to be back, because that was such a great conversation. I wanted to talk more with them. This is going to be a lot of fun. It's going to be at the Dynasty Typewriter Theater on Sunday,

the 26th of August. We're doing a double feature. We're doing my 400th episode at 6 p.m.

And then at 8 p.m., my friend Matt Goreley is doing a live I Was There Too featuring some of the murder victims in Friday the 13th, as well as Paul Rust, who is a big Friday the 13th fan.
