He's going back to the number he wore in college, number 15. So Ezekiel Elliott is going to New England Patriots. Now, keep in mind, he and the New England Patriots have been going back and forth.

Fert for about a month, yeah. And at various points, New England thought the deal was getting done, thought it was getting done. Just a short time ago I was told it wasn't done. But Zeke Elliott just tweeted moments ago that he's going to the Patriots. And so it's essentially going to be a one-year deal there. They get some help with Ramandre Stevenson and New England Patriots have a new running back now.

Dan, your thoughts.

I love the pairing with him and Ramondra Stevenson because this is now just a battering ram offense.

This is a team that Matt Jones and Bill O'Brien is their play caller.

They're going to run the football.

They're going to put two tight ends on the field.

There's going to be a emphasis on run.

I like this for Mac Jones.

Zeke has got to stay healthy and look a little bit like Zeke has in the past.

But I like this signing for New England.

It gives us something to talk about. It's a name. And I know you kind of hate that kind of stuff, Mike. but for me, I think that they desperately need a buzzworthy player. Now, they have one. Now, on the field, is this more likely to be, you know, 20 years ago when the Patriots brought in Corey Dillon or like 2015 when they got a semi-washed or mostly washed Stephen Jackson? I tend to think the later, the latter. I don't think that Ezekiel Elliott is as washed as Stephen Jackson was at that point.
