Tom Crawford and East Lansing, absolute one of our all-time favorite guests. And Tom, we have

plenty to talk about. A lot of seasons are ending. A lot of spring football practice is over now.

But I want to start with hockey for Michigan because I just, is there anything more, any more empty feeling than to have an overtime loss in hockey.

You have all this frenetic action taking place, and then all of a sudden, boom, it's over.

You know, you nailed it.

And that's somewhat frustrates me about the sport sometimes because, I mean,

Michigan in that overtime against Denver

was absolutely terrific. They won that extra period, I thought, just as well, just like they

won the second period. But, you know, one little, you know, one little mishap here and there,

you know, oftentimes, you know, a puck can go off a skate or just a bad

calculation.

One guy not doing his job, and boom, it's over with.

It's death defined.

I go back early in that period that, you know, the puck just kind of curls up on the ice

where Michigan potentially could have had a game winner on a breakway.

That's the, that's that kind of the excruciating part of that sport.

But I'll tell you what, that was a, that was, and I'm not a hockey kind of swore.

I watched that entire game, though, from start to finish.

And I'm smart to figure out that was a slobber knocker, hard-hitting, high-caliber college

hockey game, in my opinion.

Yeah, no doubt about it.
