0:06.2	It's kind of a long email, so stick with me.
0:09.3	My boyfriend has an ex-girlfriend, and he was together with the ex-girlfriend for eight months.
0:16.3	She one time said that if he did not come back from a work trip she was going to kill herself. She did a lot of things like
0:25.8	this. She also had to have FaceTime. He also had to have FaceTime with her every night to reassure her that he did not cheat
0:35.8	on her when they were together.
0:37.6	So I don't know, just chiming in here, there's a lot of details that she goes into basically

0:48.0	was very insecure and was very demanding and she believes that the ex-girlfriend had borderline.
0:56.0	Anyway, after eight months he could not take it anymore and they had a pretty bad
1:02.0	and violent breakup where she hit him in the face and he tried to stop her from hitting her,
1:08.9	hitting him and they fell to the ground. This was after a party and she had been jealous of him
1:15.4	talking to another girl. A week later, after they broke up, she went to the police
1:21.4	and accused him of domestic violence. I met him a few months later than that and I have never in my life seen someone so depressed, hopeless, and suicidal.
1:32.0	He lost his job and became so mentally ill he could not do anything.
1:37.0	He was convicted to eight months in prison due to this false allegation.
1:42.0	He had to pay her compensation and there was nothing
1:45.5	more we could do.
1:48.2	Though the ex-girlfriend did not have any proof of any kind, she was assessed by a psychologist who said there was a 100%
1:56.3	probability that her mental illness had came from his abuse. Here in Norway, you can be
2:02.4	convicted of this crime without any proof.
