From Washington, D.C. to Minneapolis, Minnesota, leaders have spoken about easing tensions,

significant changes. The AP is reporting about even more confrontations between federal officers

Agents have still been seen using pepper spray on crowds and breaking in car windows.

An attorney general Pam Bondi said 16 people were arrested yesterday on charges of assaulting,
