Okay, so there's a few things going on right this week.

We did a few shows with Dr. Van Eyre Prasad, who's one of my favorite guests because he's

off the rails.

He talks fast enough for me to understand, although a lot of people have to play him back

at half speed.

Very smart guy, he metologist oncologist at UCSF studies, like his field of expertise

that he's written books on, including ending medical reversal and malignant, is how medical

evidence is used correctly, how you design clinical trials and use that evidence to actually

take care of patients.

And it turns out it's not as simple as you think, which is why we did the show on Iver

Mechden looking at the data so far.

And Van Eyre and I have concluded based on the data set that, oh, it could very well

be promising, it could also not work at all.

And you just can't tell without better quality studies, which are underway, right?

So if you want to use Iver Mechden now, that's your call, but I don't think you can publicly

recommend a drug without a decent quality of evidence.
