So those of you in the audience have emailed in a series of questions and we've categorized them in terms of epidemiology and of pathophysiology, of prophylaxis, treatment, how to handle mandates.

All of these are in a series of questions and answers. They are enormously popular so we're going to keep doing them until we're exhausted with respect to your questions and your need to get fair information on the COVID-19 pandemic response.

Everything we do is evidence-based. Everything we do is citable in the literature so I'll typically give the first author or the name of the publication so it can be found on the internet to support what we're suggesting you do.

We've done them faithfully now for quite some time.

I want to start the show and go back to September 17th, 2021. I think this is historic in terms of a regulatory action in the United States.

The US FDA met with a full advisory panel and external presenters who had the opportunity to present their viewpoints and analyses on COVID-19 vaccination.

The context was the Pfizer booster program. This was an application by Pfizer to broadly have boosters across the population. They were going for the entire adult population.

I'll tell you the answer was the vote by the advisory panel was no. It was overwhelmingly no. One of the reasons why that was the case was the powerful analyses given by the presenters.

I wanted to give you just a few audio snapshots of these presenters in what case they were made. You've spent a lot of time listening to me on America Loud.

I want you to hear the viewpoint of others with respect to vaccination and the evidence for or against this public health intervention which is loom so large now in the lives of all of us.
