0:06.6	where I'm going to be sharing with you my top 13 tips or strategies, if you will, for
0:12.2	boosting your engagement on Instagram.
0:14.8	First and foremost, let me just address that a lot of people report their views and engagement
0:19.0	have decreased recently.
0:20.3	In fact, according to a poll that I recently ran on my Instagram stories, 89% of my followers
0:24.7	report that their views and engagement have gone down over the last few months.
0:29.4	This tells us that if you are in that boat as well, if your views and engagement have
0:33.3	gone down, you're not alone.
0:35.3	It's taking place all across Instagram right now.
0:37.7	And compared to everyone else, your views and engagement might not be as low as you think
0:42.0	they are.
0:43.0	They might be lower than your own views and engagement were in the past, but they're
0:46.2	not drastically or significantly lower than everyone else on Instagram.
0:49.9	And so maybe that's a word of encouragement for you.
0:52.1	Also another word of encouragement is that that's very normal for this time of year.
0:55.8	September, October and the beginning of November are some of the worst months in terms of social
1:00.2	media engagement for numerous reasons.
1:02.9	And generally speaking, the end of November heading into December and January are some
1:07.4	of the better times of year in terms of Instagram and social media engagement.
1:11.4	So hopefully there are good things on the horizon.
