the podcast. I often think about how much people lie, not in a malicious sense, but we lie in all

sorts of ways to make ourselves or someone else feel better. Some might call that a white

lie. There's actually a really interesting research study that showed on average people lie between

zero to two times per day and only 1% of people don't lie at all. But honestly, the research study
