What we're looking at is a chart for the age has been, and I do not use those words lightly.

For the past 40 years, interest rates and inflation have both gone from the upper left

And now we're in this really weird period in time where even though interest rates are

Yeah, they've been rising a little bit, but isn't it funny when you see prognoscators

say interest rates spike today and it's like a 10 basis point increase or something.

It seems so small, but I guess that's a relative basis.

The big question is, is the Fed able to navigate this sort of soft landing where we can
